Kaliningrad

5 days at home then back to Russia. Flew SAS into Copenhagen then onto Kaliningrad which is more like an autonomous zone bordered by Poland and Lithuania. I first went there 3 years ago and the place has modernised a lot in that time. Maybe something to do with Putin's wife coming from there. There is lots of German architecture The centre piece of the town is the cathedral which is has the tomb of Emmanual Kant a 18th century philosopher who live in the city. One of the more modern trends is a love key bridge -apparently very popular in Europe these days
